Client Development Manager - Madison Avenue

Summary The Client Development Manager drives CRM and clienteling strategy for the Madison Avenue boutique to build lasting client relationships and support sales performance. This role leads execution of CRM initiatives and acts as the in-store point of contact for CRM and digital projects, ensuring accurate client data and effective use of the myTOUCH app. The position provides training and ongoing support to the sales team and collaborates with marketing and digital teams to deliver personalized shopping experiences. Responsibilities Lead daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy to support sales team performance. Maintain and update client data to ensure CRM database accuracy. Oversee use of clienteling reporting tools and the myTOUCH app to meet data capture and retention goals. Serve as primary contact for EMEA Marketing CRM and worldwide digital in-store teams on CRM projects. Provide CRM and myTOUCH training and development support to the sales team. Develop product knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize satisfaction and business opportunity. Requirements 3+ years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience, preferably in luxury retail. Strong customer data analysis skills and relationship-building capability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other digital tools. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
