Guest Services Agent As a Guest Services Agent at The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, you will provide a memorable first impression for guests and assist them throughout their stay. Responsibilities Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests. Interact with all guests and welcome each arrival. Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle. Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in. Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested. Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining amenities and fun facts. Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience. Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Go above and beyond to be the difference for guests and employees. Qualifications At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Ability to solve problems when they arise. Ability to work in a team environment. Pleasant and helpful personality. Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel. Strong desire to make an impact on others. Outgoing and engaging personality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
