As a Guest Service Agent, you will: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and create a welcoming environment for guests Check-in/check-out services Always maintain a professional and welcoming tone of voice Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence.
