About the Role As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in‑store experience, help customers design their spaces, and build lasting relationships. What You’ll Do Actively engage customers using LovingSAC selling techniques. Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators. Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers. Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships. Conduct customer outreach using company tools and communication methods. Identify and resolve customer issues quickly. Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards. Oversee store operations, including opening & closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing and promotions. Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations. Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring standards, minimizing risks, and maintaining safety. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators. Perform other duties as assigned by management. High‑School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to effectively use technology for sales and customer support, including internal CRM systems. Support Lovesac’s omni‑channel customer experience and be flexible to assist in‑person or remote. Must be able to travel to local stores, third‑party vendors, and occasional meetings. Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and sensitive data. Must be able to move objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.
