What You Will Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI/ML roles. Design and implement end-to-end interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and candidate experience standards. Partner strategically with engineering leadership to drive sourcing strategies and critical hiring decisions. The ideal candidate 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced startup or high-growth company. Deep technical literacy with the ability to credibly engage engineers on backend, infrastructure, and ML topics.
