At least 5 years of experience leading HVAC service teams or managing operations Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including central, ductless, and VRF Experience with budgeting, team performance, and service planning Proficient in using field service software (ServiceTitan or similar) Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Understanding of NYC compliance, permitting, and operational standards Valid driver’s license Full-time, in-office leadership position Airtronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
