Clinical Manager, Skilled Nursing (RN)
Location: Hauppauge, NY
Base Salary: $110,000- $115,000/ per year depending on qualifications

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Clinical Manager in our Suffolk County Skilled office located in Hauppauge, NY. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Suffolk County. This Clinical Manager role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical leadership, staff development, quality care delivery, and supporting field clinicians in the home setting.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse leader with strong clinical judgment, hands-on supervisory ability, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. The Clinical Manager will serve as a key member of the office leadership team, helping ensure nursing staff are supported, clients receive excellent care, and clinical services are delivered in alignment with BAYADA standards.

Position Overview

The Clinical Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, and developing nursing staff while supporting quality, compliance, and clinical excellence in the field. This role includes client assessment, care planning, staff supervision, orientation, training, and ongoing support for nurses delivering care throughout Suffolk County and surrounding areas. The ideal Registered Nurse brings both strong clinical experience and the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

• Visit adult clients and conduct assessments throughout Suffolk County and surrounding areas.

• Develop the plan of care and oversee its execution.

• Supervise nursing staff in the field and provide ongoing clinical support.

• Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.

• Participate in the training and development of new nurses.

• Provide in-services and ongoing education for field staff.

• Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.

• Help ensure care delivery reflects BAYADA’s high standards for compassion, excellence, and reliability.

• Consistent field supervision, staff development, and clinical guidance.

• A trusted Clinical Manager presence who can lead with compassion, accountability, and professionalism.

• Current RN license in good standing required.

• Registered Nurse with two or more years of RN experience preferred.

• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

• Home care experience preferred.

Base Salary: $110,000- $115,000/ year depending on qualifications
