Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to support operations within a fast‑paced food distribution and fulfillment environment. This individual will lead hourly teams, drive productivity, and ensure the safe and efficient flow of goods through the facility. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or food/beverage operations who thrives in a high‑volume, performance‑driven setting. Location: Miami, FL Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates to hit daily production and service KPIs Monitor performance metrics including throughput, order accuracy, productivity, and on‑time delivery Enforce safety and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP where applicable) Troubleshoot operational issues and remove bottlenecks to maintain flow Partner cross‑functionally with transportation, inventory control, and quality teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall shift performance Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or food production Prior supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume environment Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow Experience with WMS systems and KPI‑driven environments Knowledge of GMP/HACCP preferred Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven operation Key Skills & Competencies Team leadership and development Strong communication and problem‑solving Ability to prioritize in a high‑volume environment Results‑driven mindset focused on efficiency and accuracy Comfortable leading in a shift‑based operation Compensation Base Salary: $78K - $95K Bonus: Performance‑based Benefits: Medical, 401(k), PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
