Role Description Phantom Products Inc. is seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Production Supervisor for an on‑site, full‑time position based in Rockledge, FL. In this role, the Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, ensure the timely delivery of projects, and coordinate with teams across departments to maintain efficiency. This position requires hands‑on leadership to meet production goals while ensuring quality standards and fostering a safe workplace environment.
