Director of Operations, Manufacturing (WCM Leader)

Overview The Coca‑Cola Company seeks a Director of Operations to lead production, maintenance, and blending teams at its Mainstreet Manufacturing site. The role will drive world‑class manufacturing performance across multiple businesses (Thermal & Juice) and support the North American Operating Unit Supply Chain’s long‑term strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead production operations across Thermal and Juice businesses and partner with Center of Excellence functional teams. Develop long‑range manufacturing network strategy and capacity plan to support continuous improvement, category growth, and competitive advantage. Ensure supply chain objectives are clear and communicated throughout operations. Assist in managing manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure to meet present and future marketplace demands. Maintain appropriate human and financial resources; work with CoEs to implement capital plans for buildings, equipment, and other assets. Ensure site financial sustainability and competitiveness, with focus on manufacturing finance, absorptions, variable overhead, and inventory variances. Provide recommendations on organizational readiness, emphasizing key leadership positions. Oversee procedures and processes to ensure product and package quality across the regional supply chain. Verify compliance of TCCMS, HACCP, and GMP programs. Implement World Class Manufacturing System tools based on leading indicators to anticipate operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. Supply direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to improve performance and skills. Support the General Manager in meeting competitive KPIs. Perform related tasks, support company initiatives, and complete special projects as assigned. Education & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience). MBA degree preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant work experience. Strong financial acumen in manufacturing finance. Preferred Skills Experience with World Class Manufacturing, Lean, and Six Sigma. Food and/or beverage industry experience. Relevant SAP application experience. Knowledge of PET bottle blow molding, ammonia refrigeration operations, maintenance, and PSM. Experience with water/wastewater treatment for juice or beverage manufacturing. ISO or other management system experience. Salary & Benefits Pay Range: $181,000–$210,000 USD (U.S. base pay). Variable compensation may include a 50% annual incentive and a 20% long‑term incentive. Benefits include medical, financial, and other standard corporate offerings. Location & Travel United States, Auburndale. Travel requirement: 0%–25%; relocation assistance provided.
