In-Home Sales & Tele Support (Part Time) Pay Rate: $22.05 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission. Part‑Time Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm. About the Role As a Field Sales Representative you’ll be trained to deliver interactive sales opportunities, teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and problem‑solving. You will work independently in the field, meeting customers in‑home or in‑office to serve, solve, and sell technology products. Responsibilities Serve: Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are. Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer throughout the interaction. Solve: Use your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide an understandable solution regardless of their tech knowledge, and ensure they leave with a lasting resolution that works. Sell: Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions. Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely to meet those needs. Maintain a consistently high sales performance and product knowledge as trained during paid onboarding. Qualifications & Requirements Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets. Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and satisfactory record. Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan) and a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Personal cellphone for coordination while on the job. Ready to travel up to 120 miles one‑way and work varied evenings, weekends, and holidays. Goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills; open‑minded and passionate about learning. Efficient, adaptable, and naturally outgoing for human interaction. Comfortable working around household pets. Ability to meet customers’ schedules and remain flexible with hours as business needs dictate.
