Overview In-Home Sales & Tech Support – Part Time. This is a local, in‑home field role that requires daily travel to customer residences. Pay Rate: $26.55 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission. Shift Schedule Standard full‑time schedule: 4:05PM–9:00PM, 5 days a week. Flexible option (available in select markets): 4+ days per week, at least 25 hours of availability, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts run from 12:05PM to 9:00PM. Schedule availability is essential; please review details before applying. Responsibilities Meet customers in their homes or at other locations as scheduled. Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport. Diagnose and resolve tech issues using the Serve‑Solve‑Sell™ model. Educate customers on product solutions and upsell appropriate accessories. Leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to meet sales targets. Participate in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to improve performance. Qualifications Entry‑level experience, comfortable in a sales environment with set targets. Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least one year of driving experience. Proof of valid car insurance (motorcycles excluded). Personal vehicle required, except in Manhattan. Personal cellphone to receive updates while on the job. Comfortable with travel distances up to 120 miles one‑way. Goal‑oriented, persuasive communication, adaptable, and open‑minded. Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
