Director, Commercial Supply Chain Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Director Commercial Supply Chain Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Lead complex supply chain transformation initiatives across various industries Assess current-state models and identify structured improvement opportunitiesDesign future-state supply chain architectures incorporating advanced technology Advise executive stakeholders on supply chain modernization efforts Build business cases that quantify financial impact and performance improvements Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies tailored to clients Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across various sectors Qualifications 8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations with transformational impact Prior consulting experience at the Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations across complex environments Proven ability to assess operating models and design scalable solutions Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience leading cross-functional teams in client-facing environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Participation in the company’s annual incentive compensation program Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs available to employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
