Injection Mold Setup Technician

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate injection molding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

· Use precision measurement tools and microscopes for detailed product analysis.

· Assist with various aspects of product flow within the molding process, troubleshooting issues as needed.

· Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold safety standards.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED.

· 2-5 years of previous injection molding experience, including machinery and assembly.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Experience working in fast-paced, high-change environments with limited supervision; self-motivated and proactive.

· Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Shifts Available:

· 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM

· 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM

· 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

Schedules follow a rotating pattern, with alternating weekends off, and the 3rd shift training will be completed on the 2nd shift for 4–6 weeks prior to transition.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
