This person would be responsible for calling and contacting our existing lead and customer database to set new sales appointments. This position has a base hourly pay on top of commissions paid for every lead set. Each appointment set would result in a set commission amount. If the job closes, an additional commission would be earned.

Role Description The Outbound Call Center Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jordan, UT. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce services, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries. The agent will answer questions, provide accurate information about exterior remodeling solutions, and document interactions in the company's systems. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent customer experiences. The agent is expected to meet performance targets while representing RGS Exteriors in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Customer service and support skills, including experience in Customer Service Representative or Customer Support roles.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional phone presence.
• Solid Computer Literacy with the ability to navigate CRM systems, email, and call center software efficiently.
• Previous experience in a call center, sales support, or related environment preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in West Jordan, UT and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow scripts while adapting to customer needs. xhyhwjd
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or sales is a plus.
