Assembler II

What You'll Do

• Follow detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure flawless execution
• Perform multiple tasks in the assembly of slot machines, including final assembly
• Conduct visual and functional checks/tests to maintain high-quality standards
• Implement basic tests on finished items to guarantee satisfactory performance
• Report safety concerns and quality issues to Manufacturing Leadership
• Perform accurate transactions within D365
• Engage in other duties as assigned, including tear-down and material handling
• Adhere to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines
• Actively participate in company health and safety programs, aligning with OSHA policies and procedures
• Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry or warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
• Proficiency with standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers
• Ability to follow complex machine and component assembly instructions
• Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) and standard industry workmanship practices is preferred
• Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience is preferred
• Competence in operating testing equipment and taking basic measurements
• Familiarity with ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques is preferred
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced teamwork environment and work independently as needed
• Understanding of and sensitivity to regulatory implications of this position

Pay Range
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
