Key Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components Perform preventative maintenance including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to match company and DOT specifications Test equipment for performance issues Demonstrate self-motivation, punctuality, and eagerness to learn Requirements: Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry Must possess necessary tools applicable to repairs listed in the job description (main air tools will be provided) Ability to perform at 85% or above productivity and 95% or above efficiency Join us at Western Express, Inc and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in the trucking industry.
