Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation & Civil Litigation | Yardley, PA Area | $100K–$118K + Bonus

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Yardley, PA office, focusing primarily on civil litigation, including workers' compensation and insurance defense matters.

Hands-on litigation experience across the full case lifecycle
Exposure to workers' compensation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation
Onsite team environment with direct courtroom and deposition experience

What you'll do:

Handle civil litigation matters with an emphasis on workers' compensation and insurance defense
Conduct and defend depositions
Manage discovery
Draft and argue motions
Make court appearances on behalf of clients

What you bring:

J.D. from an accredited law school
2–4 years of litigation experience
Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
Background in workers' compensation, insurance defense, or general civil litigation
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
