Because we know that alone we’re strong, but together we’re unstoppable.About the roleThe Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing is a key role on the brand marketing team, responsible for designing and executing Athleta’s influencer marketing strategy. As an internal expert, the Senior Manager will spearhead the seasonal planning and daily execution of influencer campaigns, stay at the forefront of social and influencer trends, and track results to uncover opportunities. Collaborating closely with the organic social and broader marketing teams, the Senior Manager will ensure our influencer programming aligns with brand objectives and furthers the brand’s strategic vision.What you'll doDevelop comprehensive influencer strategies and campaigns for seasonal launches, brand campaigns, ongoing engagement, and brand initiatives, drive brand awareness, foster engagement and loyalty.Partner closely with our influencer agency-of-record, serving as the primary point of contact across all campaigns end-to-end.Actively cultivate relationships with on-brand influencers and industry contacts, enhancing and diversifying the Athleta influencer community.Manage product seeding efforts to actively engage and expand our creator community.Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for all programming, regularly reporting on outcomes and analyzing performance.Contribute to the management of Creator IQ and Tribe Dynamics, tracking monthly performance and scaling both short- and long-term objectives.Assist in the development and management of Influencer Marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.Integrate paid media strategies into influencer campaigns to boost visibility and achieve measurable results, working with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.Remain up to date on trending content, conversations, news, cultural events and emerging social formats.Who you are8+ years marketing experience with 5+ years experience in social and influencer marketing.3+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors.Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners.Extensive experience managing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, building relationships, and developing partnerships with key influencers.Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of reporting and optimizing performance metrics.Proficient in managing departmental budgets efficiently.Eager to learn and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functions.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, transform enterprise-wide ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking across levels.Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines to support business needs/social trends.Salary Range: $149,900.00 - $194,900.00Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
