Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and data entry activities
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documents
• Support HR systems and reporting functions
• Assist with employee communications and administrative HR projects
• Provide general support to employees and management on HR-related matters

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year of HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or related Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience handling confidential employee information
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HR procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
