Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to assess patients' mental health status, focusing on strengths and identifying needs to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities - including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) - to treat patients and help them develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s care are aligned, utilizing shared insights for a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering an environment of education and support.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that abide by best practices and encourage patient engagement in their personal recovery processes.

• Develop treatment plans jointly with the treatment team based on comprehensive assessments while incorporating patient goals and personal preferences.

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, as well as those struggling with co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
