Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families virtually, focusing on addressing life challenges, relationship dynamics, and mental health concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state laws, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

• Engage family members or significant others in the therapy process as needed, creating a supportive environment that promotes healing.

• Build and maintain cooperative, respectful relationships with other clinicians, support staff, and community organizations to facilitate holistic care for clients.

• Advocate for patients' needs during crises, providing immediate intervention and support in challenging situations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and collaboratively improve therapeutic approaches.

• Manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, session consistency, and client progress tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse group of individuals and families, each facing unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and family dynamics. You will utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients, ensuring that each person receives the individualized care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines related to marriage and family therapy and an understanding of the scope of practice.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that foster trust and collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• The ability to remain composed and effective during crisis situations, providing sound judgment and support for clients in distress.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
