Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a seamless workflow and address any challenges promptly.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to housekeeping staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate findings to management for further action.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and promoting a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or a related field, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to conduct detailed inspections and identify areas for improvement with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and support to housekeeping staff.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate findings clearly to management.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Proficiency in managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations.
