IT Recruiter – 6-Month ContractLocation: Indianapolis, IN Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract (6 months)GSD Search is partnering with an Indianapolis-based organization seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a six-month contract assignment. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptanceRecruit for a range of IT and technical positionsBuild targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channelsScreen candidates for technical qualifications, communication skills, and organizational fitPartner with hiring managers to refine requirements and provide market feedbackMaintain accurate candidate and hiring activity within the applicant tracking systemProvide consistent communication and a professional experience throughout the recruiting processQualifications:Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, with an emphasis on IT or technical rolesStrong sourcing and candidate-engagement skillsExperience partnering directly with hiring managersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working a hybrid schedule in IndianapolisThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a collaborative team, make an immediate impact, and support important technology hiring initiatives.
