Have knowledge on Compensation tools 2. POA is CornerStone to ICM integration so need BigData knowledge 3. ETL tool such as Informatica 4. BigData Hive and Spark 5. IBM ICM(Incentive Compensation Management) tool experience is a plus 6. Experienced architect who can drive strategy

Basic Qualifications:- • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
