Staff Accountant

Job Description Our client, a leading general contracting company, is seeking a Staff Accountant II to join its accounting team. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with at least two years of experience who is pursuing a CPA and looking to grow toward a Senior Accountant role. Location: West Chester, OH Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities: Prepare and post recurring and standard journal entries Complete balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine Support intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting activities Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and research account fluctuations Assist with month-end close, audit preparation, and external auditor requests Ensure accuracy and timeliness of assigned accounting processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Corporate Accounting or Construction Accounting.
