Client Solutions Manager | SMB | Home & Living Location: Austin Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A52649 Responsibilities Act as a consultant to develop and grow client relationships with advertisers of all sizes Create media plans that deliver against client KPIs Monitor, analyze campaign performance and make proactive recommendations to improve results Project manage complex media buys with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and assets Support and work with Sales on pre‑sale research and pitches Serve as an external product expert, educating clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices Manage measurement strategy and creative execution Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our advertising strategy and ad offerings Minimum Qualifications Experience in an account management and/or client service role within digital marketing and/or advertising Experience managing complex client and campaign issues Experience analyzing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non‑technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with auction‑based ad networks Experience working directly with brand or performance advertisers, including agencies Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) Adaptability and strong problem‑solving skills Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up Job Information TikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
