Inside Sales Representative - Commercial HVAC

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $25 - $30 per hour Inside Sales Representative – Commercial HVAC Location: Seattle, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission Position Overview An established commercial HVAC distributor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers with product orders, shipment tracking, and general account support. This position works closely with customers, Account Managers, warehouse personnel, and operations teams. Commercial HVAC or distribution experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Process orders from phone, email, and walk-in customers Provide pricing, product availability, and order-status information Support Account Managers with customer requests Enter and maintain orders in the company’s inventory system Track shipments and coordinate project or jobsite deliveries Process returns, credits, warranty requests, and freight claims Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with order picking when needed Review open orders and resolve discrepancies Maintain clear communication across sales, warehouse, and operations teams Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous sales, customer service, order-processing, or distribution experience Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and order-processing systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through HVAC product or warehouse experience is a plus Fishbowl inventory software experience is a plus A bit about us An established commercial HVAC equipment distributor Why join us?
