Regional HR Business Partner

The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) leads and manages all aspects of the HR function within their assigned market/client group, balancing corporate, market, and local needs, challenges, and opportunities. They serve as the focal point of contact for Market Presidents and the respective team in defining and executing all HR and organizational priorities. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES First line contact for clients regarding all human resource activities. Effectively coordinate overall HR support to ensure client needs are met in a timely, high-quality manner for staffing, employee relations, compensation, salary planning, training/development, recognition/reward, relocation, and other HR services. Lead and coordinate all Human Resource support for the identified client group. Client groups can range from 300 to 500 employees. Implement HR strategy and tactics aligned with overall business priorities, managing execution to improve business performance. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, partnering with management to translate business needs into actionable HR programs and initiatives. Champion, lead, or support business initiatives focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness, performance, and talent, including organization design, capabilities review, performance management and rewards, training/development, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion. Work closely with functional leaders and the leadership team on all organizational change initiatives such as reorganizations, talent upgrades, promotions, reductions in force, performance improvement plans, separations, and related communications. Ensure organizational change efforts are managed effectively and in a legally defensible manner. Provide services directly to the client group leadership team and act as liaison between clients and the HR Center of Expertise teams. Act as an active member of the leadership team for client groups. Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion. Strong time management and priority management skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws. Travel: This position requires 30% to 50% local and nationwide travel to assigned markets and clinics. PAY RANGE $118,062 – $168,658 annual salary. Final compensation depends on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Eligible for bonuses or commissions.
