Real Estate Paralegal

Seekonk, MA | Full-Time | On-Site A fast-growing real estate organization is seeking an experienced title and closing professional to take ownership of residential transactions from contract through closing. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who moves quickly, solves problems early, and can independently manage files without constant direction. Responsibilities Manage files from contract execution through title clearance, closing, and policy issuance Review agreements, title abstracts, and title commitments Resolve liens, judgments, mortgages, probate matters, municipal issues, and chain-of-title concerns Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers Manage payoffs, releases, estoppels, lender requirements, and closing documentation Prepare and review HUDs, Closing Disclosures, and title documents Ensure all figures reconcile and files are accurate and ready to close Provide proactive updates and keep transactions moving Qualifications 2+ years of experience in title processing, real estate paralegal work, or closing coordination Strong knowledge of title review, title clearance, and residential real estate closings Experience independently managing files from opening through closing Experience reviewing title abstracts and resolving complex title issues Strong understanding of settlement statements, lender requirements, and closing documentation 3+ years of experience with land title analysis preferred 4+ years of relevant real estate, legal, title, or transaction experience preferred What It Takes to Succeed Exceptional attention to detail Strong sense of urgency and ownership Ability to manage multiple active files and competing deadlines Clear and confident communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to work independently without constant direction Willingness to address complex issues rather than let them sit Commitment to accuracy, speed, and accountability This is an ownership role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by speed, accuracy, and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPlay Jobs
