Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with a valid OT license
• Experience in a school setting or strong desire to work within educational environments
• Proficiency in teletherapy techniques and related technology
• Comfortable assessing and developing interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students
• Enthusiasm for supporting diverse student populations; flexibility to adapt to changing needs
• Open to both experienced OTs and new graduates

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ motor and functional needs
• Deliver therapy services, both onsite and via teletherapy, in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with other educational professionals and parents to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and consult with staff and families on strategies for continued success
• Promote an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers students
