Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Michigan
- Skilled in providing OT services within school settings
- Strong expertise in fine and gross motor skill development
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions
- Compassionate, communicative, and flexible
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support are provided
Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and design comprehensive, evidence-based therapy plans
- Deliver therapy services one-on-one, in small groups, or remotely as appropriate
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to set goals
- Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Educate staff and parents regarding OT strategies to support student development
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
