This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a diverse caseload of 30-40 students, helping them achieve important educational and functional goals. The position is fully onsite and spans multiple locations, making each day uniquely engaging.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current OT license in Michigan
• Previous experience working as a school-based OT preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Please note: Candidates with solely COTA credentials will not be considered, as supervision is unavailable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students within a school environment
• Assess and document students’ abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support students’ educational needs
• Monitor progress, update goals, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt and modify activities and environments to promote student success
• Work onsite at designated locations for 32.5 hours per week through June 18, 2027
