Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills
• Must be able to work onsite at various locations
• Please note: COTAs are not eligible for this position
• Able to manage documentation and caseload expectations independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor and sensory needs within the educational context
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a related service provider
• Adapt and recommend appropriate assistive equipment and classroom strategies
