This full-time position is onsite only, offering a consistent schedule of 35 hours each week for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications:

• Prior experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school-based setting
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (applicants must provide a screenshot of their licensure upon application)
• Ability to work with a diverse age population (K–26)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for interaction with educators, families, and students
• Willingness to work onsite; remote or teletherapy options are not available for this role
• COTA candidates will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support educational access and participation
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to IEP meetings and collaborative goal setting
• Educate teachers, support staff, and families on strategies that improve students’ school-based performance
• Monitor, reassess, and adjust interventions to suit evolving student needs and goals
