Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for a dedicated professional fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active Illinois state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience in schools or with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology for virtual services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for diverse K-12 student populations
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, IEPs, and therapy activities
• Provide bilingual services to support students’ language acquisition and access to the curriculum
• Adapt therapy for virtual platforms when providing remote services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
