Location: Reno, NV
Employment Type: Temporary (Part-Time to Full-Time based on workload)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift / Assembler / Kitting Associate to support warehouse and production operations at a fast-growing packaging and manufacturing facility in Reno. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term position based on performance and business needs.

Associates may start part-time and move into full-time hours as workload increases. This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

Forklift & Material Handling

• Safely operate forklift equipment to move, stage, load, and unload materials and finished products

• Transport corrugated materials, packaging products, and supplies throughout the facility

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

Assembly & Kitting

• Assemble packaging components and materials according to job specifications

• Perform kitting of parts and packaging items for production and customer orders

• Verify accuracy and completeness of assembled kits

Warehouse & Production Support

• Assist with order preparation, labeling, sorting, and staging for shipment

• Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed

• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus but not required)

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or fulfillment experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities as workload changes
