Office Representative

The job of Office Representative is done for the purpose(s) of responding to inquiries from staff, the public, conference attendees; providing general information; directing host callers to appropriate individuals/locations; providing requested information and/or referral to other parties; and providing general clerical support and performing a variety of routine clerical tasks related to the specific division assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Job related experience is required. One-year clerical experience, including receptionist work required. 24 semester units of accredited college level secretarial training may be substituted for experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Once this position closes, your application will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be emailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on October 7, 2026.
