• Flexible scheduling with 8, 12, 16, or 24-hour shift options
• Average 60 babies daily census in 52-bed Level IV NICU
• Level IV facility with rising census
• Day shifts initially with nights available after orientation
• Full-time or near full-time FTE preferred
• NRP certification required
• Coverage to transition from MD to NNP staffing model
• Hospital privileges required
