Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join a growing team based in Castle Rock. This role reports directly to the Controller and plays a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review month-end journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare complex journal entries with supporting documentation
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash analysis, and variance reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives
- Manage WIP reporting and job cost accounting functions
- Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
- Mentor and support accounting team members
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects

- 3+ years of construction accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of WIP reporting and job cost accounting
- Advanced Excel skills; Viewpoint/Spectrum a plus
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrated leadership ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
