Litigation Attorney

We are a boutique law firm specializing in civil litigation and we have a wonderful opportunity available for a detail-oriented, self-starting litigation attorney to assist partners with case analysis, discovery, and trial.The firm’s ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and practical experience in litigation. We are looking for a candidate with three to five years of relevant litigation experience, preferably including experience with medical malpractice defense.For qualified candidates, we offer flexible hours and hybrid work arrangements. We are looking to hire an attorney with the following qualifications: Licensed in the state of Massachusetts 3-5 years of litigation experience- preferred experience with medical malpractice defense Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently High level of professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Key responsibilities would include: Analyzing and investigating litigation matters, including review, analysis, and summarizing discovery materials Assisting in all phases of litigation including preparation of discovery, drafting of pleadings, drafting of legal briefs and memoranda, developing legal arguments and researching applicable case law, drafting discovery, conducting depositions, and appearing for hearings before the Court on a variety of legal matters Reporting to partners and clients regarding case status #J-18808-Ljbffr Diedrich & Donohue LLP
