Program Manager, Business Operations

Program ManagerFloSports is looking for a highly collaborative and execution-oriented Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that support the company's growth and operational evolution. Based in Austin, Texas, this role reports to the Director of Business Operations.A few characteristics which will make you successful in this role:You're entrepreneurial, aren't afraid of failure, and have demonstrated success while overcoming roadblocksYou're collaborative and a quick study to understand what is important to many different stakeholders across the organizationYou're humble, receptive to feedback, and willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself when neededYou can synthesize ambiguous problems and break them down into structured, manageable steps to solveResponsibilities:Manage New Sport Vertical LaunchesLead Technology and Operational Transformation ProgramsCoordinate Merger and Acquisition programsApply Data and Financial RigorDrive Accountability, Decisions, and CommunicationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, media operations, or a related field.Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from planning through implementation across commercial, technical, creative, financial, and operational teams.Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.Experience managing roadmaps, budgets, dependencies, risks, and executive communications.Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs to guide decisions.
