RN Resource Float Pool

Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking an RN Resource Float Pool to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional patient care across various units.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients using the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards and guidelines.
• Float to multiple units within one facility or across facilities as needed.
• Maintain personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.

Requirements

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum of 24 months of hospital RN experience in applicable unit type/specialty area.

Schedule

• Full-time position with availability to work all shifts; specific shift assignments will be verified.
• Travel required; must be available to float to various facilities.

Compensation

• $26.95 - $42.99/hour
