Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient We are seeking a skilled and certified Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to enhance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shifts: 4x10 or 5x8, hours starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM
- On Call: No
- Weekends: No
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Provide lymphedema therapy in accordance with best practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Lymphedema certification is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minnesota licensure is required (pending licensure will be accepted).
