One Cut Glass is a trusted local glass company in Baldwin County, and were in the middle of building something better than its ever been. New systems. Strong culture. High standards. Were growing fast and building the team that will carry us there.
Youll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see. That matters here a lot. The right person in this seat shapes how our entire company feels to the outside world.
This role starts part-time (averaging 25–30 hours per week) and transitions to full-time within 6 months for the right person.

WHAT YOULL OWN
- Answer incoming calls and guide customers with warmth and confidence
- Greet walk-in customers and set the tone for their experience with our company
- Schedule and coordinate jobs between customers and field technicians
- Enter customer orders, measurements, and payments into our CRM system
- Check in glass orders, inventory, and materials as they arrive
- Collect deposits and maintain accurate customer records
- Confirm and schedule installations and service appointments
- Keep the office running smoothly so our technicians stay efficient in the field
