Drive Process Improvement in a High-Performance Manufacturing Environment
Are you a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving production challenges, improving efficiency, and making a measurable impact? We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process optimization, root-cause analysis, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Do

• Analyze production issues, equipment downtime, scrap, and defects to identify solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies.
• Support quality systems, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Monitor manufacturing performance metrics, including yield, scrap, and throughput.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, FMEAs, control plans, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve productivity and product quality.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production constraints.
• Support audits, process validations, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of manufacturing, process, production, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and quality systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with Excel, ERP systems, and manufacturing data analysis.
