This position follows a set schedule from Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday. Team members may choose to have Monday and Tuesday off, or work four 10-hour shifts with Monday through Wednesday off. What you'll be doing As a BDA, you’ll be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries like Financial Services and Home Improvement . Handle inbound leads — warm calls, no cold prospecting. Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast. Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST . You’ll be measured — but you’ll never be micromanaged.
