Dental Practice Operations Lead – Clarendon Vasiranli Dental is seeking an experienced dental professional to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Clarendon practice. The location includes three dentists, two hygienists, and a dedicated support team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the practice. Support scheduling, patient flow, insurance, and collections. Communicate with the team and ensure operational follow-through. Identify and resolve issues before they become problems. Qualifications Prior dental practice experience required. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and front office workflows. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
