Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative operations of the home health office, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and caregiver assignments for home health aides and clinical staff Maintain accurate patient records, intake documentation, and electronic health records (EHR) Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health agencies Handle billing, insurance verification, and coordination with payors to support revenue cycle management Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and staff inquiries Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance oversight Assist with HR functions including onboarding, credentialing, and personnel file management Requirements: 2+ years of office management or administrative experience in a home health, hospice, or healthcare setting Knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and HIPAA compliance Experience with home health billing, coding, or revenue cycle processes preferred Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, compassionate care environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred About Us: Priority Home Care Center LLC is a trusted home health agency proudly serving the Greater Cleveland, Oh region community and surrounding areas.
