Staff Accountant

$80k - $90k

Overview Our client is a well established heavy equipment dealership with multiple locations seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Accountant. They are proud of their history and amazing culture and are looking for a hands on, systems savvy accountant to join their team and report to the CFO. Experience in an equipment rental, sales or automotive environment is strongly preferred. Experience with CDK/IntelliDealer ERP is also highly preferred. Compensation in the 80-90k range. This position requires working on site in Spencer, MA with opportunity to work 1 day per week from home. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities Daily cash posting, remote check deposits, and internal collections AR management and customer statement generation Fixed asset tracking and depreciation Balance sheet reconciliations (excluding bank recs) Subledger reviews and AP backup Qualifications An Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting Someone tech-savvy and inquisitive, with strong Excel skills Experience working in a dealership or ERP environment preferred Experience working with CDK/IntelliDealer a plus Positive, reliable and energetic with a "Can Do" approach.
